Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026 — applies to v1.0.0

Acceptance

By using Visits, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The Service

Visits is a mobile app that displays your Vercel web analytics using your own Vercel personal access tokens. The app fetches data directly from Vercel's API on your behalf.

Your Account

You are responsible for your Vercel access tokens and any activity that occurs through them. Keep your tokens secure. We recommend creating tokens specifically for Visits and revoking them if you stop using the app.

Free Trial & Free Tier

The first 3 active days are free. An “active day” is any calendar day on which you successfully load analytics data; the same day counted only once. During the trial every feature is available and no payment details are required.

When the trial ends, Visits keeps working for free with one project — by default the one with the most visitors, changeable in Settings anytime. Your other projects and the cross-project Overview require a purchase. Time ranges beyond 24 hours are locked until purchase. Nothing is deleted, and buying at any time reopens everything.

Subscriptions & Lifetime

Visits offers three purchase options:

  • Monthly — auto-renewable subscription at $2.99/month.
  • Yearly — auto-renewable subscription at $19.99/year.
  • Lifetime — one-time non-consumable purchase at $39.99. No recurring charges. Yours forever, restorable across your Apple ID's devices.

For subscriptions:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions)
  • The 3 active-day trial is granted by the app and needs no payment details; it is not an App Store introductory offer and does not auto-convert into a subscription

Purchases are processed by Apple. Visits reads your purchase status directly from Apple with StoreKit on your device — no third-party purchase service is involved.

Refunds for App Store purchases are requested through Apple and decided by Apple under its App Store refund policy.

Visits does not issue refunds directly. If you have a purchase issue, contact us before requesting a refund so we can help troubleshoot access, restore purchases, or billing confusion.

External Links

Visits may link to external services such as Apple and Vercel. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of those third-party services.

Updates

Visits may check Apple's public App Store lookup endpoint to show when a newer version is available. Installing updates is optional, but older versions may stop receiving fixes over time.

Disclaimer

Visits is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data from Vercel's API. Visits is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vercel Inc.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visits and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
